Debbie McLean founded HM Partners in 2004, and is also a former Partner of Charlton McLean Associates. Debbie has long term experience in large CBD based Chartered Accounting firms in areas of Taxation, Business Services (Accounting), Business Consulting (Planning, Growth and Risk Management) and Management Accounting (Internal Systems and process driven Profitability Analysis).
Debbie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is highly qualified. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business in Accounting. Debbie has a wealth of hands on corporate experience working in small, medium and large corporate environments in diverse roles as Financial Controller and Project Management positions including internal systems design and risk analysis, providing her with an insight and the ability to understand the business needs of our clients from the inside.
Debbie is highly sort after as a motivational and topical public speaker. Debbie is an accomplished trainer and lecturer in Taxation, Accounting Theory and Management Accounting in the Masters program with Southern Cross University.
